A Special Appeal: Continuing Education for Our Graduates

At Falco’s, we care deeply about the long-term success of every child entrusted to us—even after they reach the age of 18 and are formally discharged from our orphanage program. This year, we have two exceptional young ladies who have grown up with us and are now pursuing their dreams of higher education.

One of them is Riziki, whom we received into our care when she was just two years old. Orphaned at a young age, she was raised briefly by her grandmother under very difficult conditions. Sadly, due to extreme poverty, her grandmother turned to selling alcohol to survive. Riziki fears returning to that environment. She says that without help to continue her education, her only option would be to return to help her grandmother sell alcohol—just to survive. Often, they only manage one small meal a day and live in extremely poor accommodations.

We are determined to offer her a brighter future.

Riziki has shown great promise, resilience, and faith. She dreams of completing her advanced studies and becoming someone who can not only support herself but lift her family out of generational poverty. The cost for each of these young women to continue school through the rest of the year is $1,500.

We have contributed what we can, but with over 120 children under our care, our resources are stretched thin. Would you prayerfully consider helping us sponsor Riziki or another young woman like her to continue their education in July? Together, we can help them step into a bright future filled with purpose and hope.
