Greetings to all our dear families and friends—both near and far!

We are mailing you our last newsletter by mail that we sent several weeks ago by e-mail since we do not have your e-mail address. May we please ask you to send us your e-mail address so we can keep you up to date electronically?

Will you please send us an email to: Info@FalcosChildrenAfrica.org

Thank you very much for helping us. Will you please share how we can pray for you?

We are overjoyed to be back home at Falco’s Children’s Village after spending eight wonderful weeks in the United States. While we deeply missed our children here, our time with many of you was truly enriching and full of love. Thank you for your warm hospitality and encouragement!

Our journey wasn’t without its challenges. We experienced several unexpected travel delays, our 2005 Honda has been a challenge with 370,000 miles, but both times we had trouble with the engine we were close to a repair shop, but $2,500 was cheaper than buying a new one.  Thankfully, we were never left stranded without nearby help—praise God for His constant protection. Additionally, we faced a family medical emergency involving a cardiac issue, but we are grateful to report that our loved one is now stable and recovering.

Our current budget for June has reached $27,000, primarily due to school fees, food, medical costs, staff salaries, and essential operations. All the boarding students are coming home for four weeks, and we will be sending them their food back with them for the next quarter.  This is significantly higher than our usual monthly needs, but we trust God will move hearts to help. If you are able, would you consider contributing to help us meet this urgent need?

While we were away, the children missed us dearly—and we missed them too. In our absence, three new little ones joined our growing family, including a precious newborn baby girl named Angel, whose mother sadly passed away during childbirth. Baby Angel is now thriving in our care, and we ask you to join us in welcoming her with love and support. She needs medical attention, formula, diapers, clothes, and warm sweaters for the cold season. We also received two more children that their mother was not taking care of since they were living on the streets by themselves.

Speaking of winter, we are in the southern hemisphere, so it is winter here now and the temperatures have dropped, and while most of the children are doing well with only mild colds and runny noses, they are in need of warm clothing—especially sweaters. We are so thankful to God for keeping them healthy and protected.
